The Owners View:
We brought this amazing apartment for a few different reasons, we love the fact it has a self contained entrance, meaning if we're in town and coming home late, we are not disturbing anyone and its very private. The garden is a great space for BBQ's and sitting with a drink chilling out. Brighton beach is so close by, meaning on a day off we can relax on the beach, go for a drink in one of the bars along the promenade. Kemp Town is a few minutes walk away if you need groceries, it is also full of life with cafe's boutique shops and a selection of Quirky pubs and bars. The location also means that it is perfect for Air B 'n' B but also allows us to have a bolt hole to stay when we are in Brighton. The Long Lease also gives us security and Peace of mind.
