I cannot recommend Sophie and her team highly enough!  They absolutely get that selling a house is a big deal and are really considerate and empathetic to all the feelings and emotions that come with selling a house.

Jumping on here to give a well-overdue review of the brilliant Myhaus Estate Agents.

I’ve worked in the industry for over 20 years and have dealt with some major estate agency chains, both locally and in the City. Never have I felt such trust and confidence in recommending a firm to my clients.

Sophie and her team are not only friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, but also highly professional. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to look after my clients.

Sophie also goes above and beyond in keeping my landlord clients fully up to date with the latest rules and regulations—something many of them would be lost without.

Absolutely disappointing service by this company - don’t go with them if you are new to the UK from another country!

I went to view what was a stunning property, after a view other viewings I emailed the agent back asking if the room was available. I paid a holding deposit and was told that once documentation was uploaded to their platform moving in would be swift - well! What an absolute nightmare. The agent Olivia was lovely however the process of the company is beyond a joke. Originally they wouldn’t accept Australian bank statements- for context I had literally just moved to Brighton and hadn’t started working yet due to school holiday. I was prompt with everything they asked of me however was told I didn’t meet affordability criteria even though I was earning more than enough to cover the rent. I was then told I either had to be making 30x the annual rent to meet such criteria, get a guarantor or pay 6 months rent upfront which would have been all my savings. None of which information was provided to me prior to me paying the deposit. Each day passed with hope I’d move in however each day there was another set back. I was strung along and misled for a week before I finally asked for my deposit back. In fairness, they did agree to a refund which is probably the only positive thing about this experience, however they told me it would be back to me on Friday. I had to email twice to get my money back 5 days later! Honestly don’t recommend if you are international citizen moving to the UK - they cost me an additional $1000 in hotel fees and so much stress and anxiety.
